My students in NYC participating in national tests, auditions and adjudicated recitals, have been awarded outstanding scores and passed with high merit and honor, including Leschetitzky awards based on talent recognition.
All of my students perform bi-annually in NY, and additional performing opportunities are offered to highly gifted students.
My principle philosophy is to cultivate and nurture students’ natural talent to its optimal level, to reach their own personal goal, by providing the necessary technical tools to facilitate artistic expression and to develop versatile musicians.
Technical training is developed alongside musical appreciation and comparison to other art forms.
I believe in a respectful teacher/student relationship. Lessons are designed to be dynamic, creative, educational and filled with enthusiasm and fun.
